Universal sending rules

Send between 10amโ€“8pm. Never on Monday mornings or Sunday evenings. Festival eves and weekend afternoons work best for jewellery conversations.
โœ๏ธ Always personalise
Replace every [bracketed] word before sending. A message that mentions something specific โ€” a recent occasion, their name, a piece you genuinely picked for them โ€” converts 3ร— better than a generic one.
๐Ÿ”— Link placement
Always send your personal catalogue link, not the Maanorah homepage. Your link tracks the customer to your account and shows your curated view.
๐Ÿšซ Follow-up limit
Maximum two follow-ups per customer per topic. If they haven't responded after two messages, stop. A third unsolicited message damages the relationship permanently.
